![]() ![]() ![]() I recently purchased a Lifespan 5500i treadmill and have been using the app for a couple of weeks. This company is unfazed by their low quality and user feedback. I wish I could return this treadmill and get a competitor product. I’ve contacted support numerous times and the company seems unmotivated to either fix this app or return the old app that worked perfectly. ![]() Update: it’s been months since my review and the app still does not work. The app that used to pair with the treadmill before is vastly superior. There’s no indication of this as you try to repeatedly log in with your lifespan account. Finally, you have to have an account to work with the app, but the account is different that your lifespan account. Also, units of measure are inconsistent so you constantly have to calculate between metric and imperial when entering data. Aside from the cumbersome setup, many of the instructions are not in English and can’t be changed to English. This app is terrible and many steps backwards from the prior version. ![]()
